This hardworking commercial dishwashing detergent penetrates soils and breaks the bonds with the surface of the wares. This allows the water volume to wash the soil away.
This product is highly effective at removing protein based soils (milk, cream, egg, etc.). This product also keeps soil in suspension in the wash tank and reduces the risk of scale build up. Once in the drain system the product will prevent smells and drain blockages.
This product is dispensed at an approximate rate of 1.5mL per litre of water consumed in the rinse cycle. It is only recommended for use in automatic dispenser machines.
